He begins with a description of the history and the realization. Next, the article describes the structural peculiarities of this building, including the combined concrete-steel skeleton and the devised moduul for this building with a moduul:moduul size of 1.80m. Consulting engineer was consulting engineer A. Aronsohn and cooperating architect on behalf of the Functional Department of the Building Center was architect H.O. Eckerdt.
