Residential unit of the plan Pampus. A residential unit is divided into three zones. The first zone concerns the central artery with traffic, stores and offices. The second zone concerns the residential area with interior spaces, which includes schools, churches and a community building and underground parking. The third zone concerns the recreational area between the housing units (soccer and tennis fields, allotments, playing fields, etc). The housing unit length of 1000-1200 meters is based on a walking distance of up to five minutes to the monorail. The entire plan consists of 25 more or less similar housing units. The model was pictured in 1965 in a special issue of Forum devoted to the Pampus plan.
