Replica of a Moroccan rug in the master bedroom of Sonneveld House. Rectangular wool rug by the bed, which is knotted in Moroccan berber technique. In The Survey of Furnishing Ring and Upholstery, dated November 8, 1932, by Brinkman & Van der Vlugt, described as "Moroccan natural; by beds and dressing table." House Sonneveld was completed in 1933 and was built for the Sonneveld family to a design by the architectural firm Brinkman and Van der Vlugt. They were also responsible for the interior, working closely with W.H. Gispen.
