Stadstheater Winterthur: theater auditorium
Submitted to the competition and probably created by Holt and Bijvoet. The white maquette shows the theater auditorium of the Winterthur city theater with the urban layout and construction in volume models on a base plate. The design is characterized by two contiguous cubic building volumes whose core is formed by the semicircular theater auditorium that rises above the foyer. The roof is removable.
