The model concerns a presentation model of the exterior made to show the final design (1920) to the client. The model is pre-eminently an architectural model, because nothing of the sculpture that was executed has been made visible. It is likely that this model had to convince the client of the dimensions of the design, the use of color and the rhythm of the facades. The model was probably made by the De Ploeg workshop, which was also involved in designing the interior of the office building.
