A documentation maquette of the Koopmansbeurs in Rotterdam with situation indication and surrounding building volumes. In the design, one corner of the lot remains undeveloped, creating the Beursplein. This is also where the main entrance (wide external staircase) to the building is located. A terrace and stores are situated in the lowest protruding part, the medium-height part houses the exhibition floor and the Chamber of Commerce, and the highest building section houses the rental offices.
