The upper half is the studio and the lower half has two rooms on both the left and right, separated by a corridor. In the middle right, outside the dwelling is a straight staircase drawn. On the upper right is a longitudinal section. The dwelling is clearly divided into quarters. A staircase from the first floor to the second floor is visible With the longitudinal section are measurements of the heights. At the bottom of the sheet is a plan of the entire property, with the house just to the right of the center line. To the left is a driveway and the neighbor's house. Captions are in French and lengths are given in meters. This is an earlier version of the studio house.
