The two floors are one above the other on one sheet. The second floor consists of the studio on the left, with both a straight staircase and a spiral staircase. The right part, the two rooms above are separated from two rooms below by a long corridor that leads to the staircase on the front facade, on the far left. The room on the lower right is identifiable as a bathroom by its tiled floor. This floor is surrounded by a circle of arrows. Above the floor is the letter 'E' of Est and below it is 'O' of Ouest. The second floor has the loft on the left and, again, two rooms upstairs and two rooms downstairs separated by a corridor on the right. The kitchen, bottom center, is recognizable by the inset tiled floor. The interior spaces, except for the tiled rooms, are colored with white gouache, as are two letters of the cardinal directions. At the bottom right of the drawing is the following caption "architecte: theovandoesburg - Paris 1929.
