Premsela was born in Amsterdam in 1920.
Educated at the Nieuwe Kunstschool in Amsterdam, department of interior design under A. Bodon (1937-1941).
1949-1951 Worked in the Bijenkorf furniture department.
1951-1953 studio of Bueno de Mesquita in Florence.
1953-1963 designer of Pastoe showrooms.
1956 start of collaboration with Jan Vonk
1956-1963 head of shop window department at Bijenkorf, Amsterdam
1963 collaboration with Jan Vonk converted into partnership
1972 establishment of design studio Premsela Vonk
1973 partnership with Vonk becomes Bureau Premsela Vonk
1978 after a merger with a graphics company, the bureau is called BRS Premsela Vonk.
